Intake interview in the Netherlands
During a casual intake interview we will discuss our offer in detail with you. Of course you tell us in advance what your wishes are and we will try to provide as much customization as possible. The meeting can take place at any location in the Netherlands, but if you prefer to make an appointment directly at our office in Croatia, this is of course also possible.
Hotel accommodation (2 min from office) pick-up and drop-off to and from airport (only 10 min away) are part of our full service.
Viewing Croatia
After the Intake interview there is usually a follow-up interview on location in Croatia. We will inform you extensively about the possibilities within our offer. For this visit we will take our time and if you would like to see more of the direct surroundings we can guide you in this.

For your information, Croatia is a full member of the European union, legislation is fairly similar to other countries within the EU. All our construction projects (apartments, villas and penthouses) are fully screened, have a building permit and you get it completely in your name (no long lease).
Regarding the purchase of a plot of land, this is also fully screened by our lawyers. If the plot is approved by our team, we ask the court to confirm it. Once ratified, the way is clear to develop this plot.
